Yoga

Ayurveda - The science of Harmony of body, mind and soul
The science of Ayruveda developed around 600 BC in India.
This system of medicine is based on the balance of body fluids
- namely Vatta, Pitta and kapha. It aims at eliminating all
the toxins of body so that patient can regain resistance and
good health. From times memorial, this system of medicine
is in use. In ancient India, the system of Ayurveda gained
a lot of popularity and several famous people attained popularity
by treating people by this system - Like Sushruta , Charak
etc. These were some great scholars who gave lot to the science
of Ayurveda.

therapies like Panchkarma which is a collection of purification
techniques that are used to treat different disorders and
for a periodic cleansing of body. A course of Panchkarma includes
a short term dietary prescription, massage, herbs and may
include purgatives, sweat baths, medicated baths and nasal
cleaning. Ayurvedic massage is genearlly used for various
age related problems. These aim at improving body circulation
of fluids, pain relief, stress relief, better sleep, flexibility,
emotional benefits, to relax soothe pain, to relax stiff muscles
and to reduce arithritis. This process simply aims at loosening
of toxins from deep seated tissues and joints and eliminating
