Day 1 - Delhi
Arrival as per your flight schedule,
meet and assistance by staff and transfer to hotel for rest.
Day 2 – Delhi – Lucknow
After Breakfast, drive to Lucknow, heritage city, on the
way halt for lunch. Evening visit to old city of Nawabs.

Day 3 – Lucknow – Sravasti
After Breakfast, drive to Sravasti – One of the most
commonly visited places of Buddhist pilgrimage. It is the
place where Lord Buddha is said to have performed many miracles
as according to the stories of Jatakas.

Day 4 – Sravasti – Lumbini
After Breakfast drive to Lumbini – the birth place
of Lord Buddha and one of the most important place of Buddhist
pilgrimage is Lumbini, located near the Nepal-India border.
Buddha was born to a royal family in 556 B.C.E. Many auspicious
signs accompanied the Buddha's birth, including the sprouting
of the bodhi tree. The great Buddhist ruler Ashoka visited
the site two centuries later, constructing a stupa (mound,
usually of earth) and pillar in recognition.

Day 5 – Lumbini – Kushinagar
After Breakfast drive to Kushinagar – A small village
53 kms in the west of city Gorakhpur is site of Buddha’s
Mahaparinirwana. It is Known as the place of death and cremation,
that marked his final liberation from the cycles of death
and rebirth which will be a holy site for the followers of
Lord Buddha.
Day 6 – Kushinagar – Vaishali
After breakfast drive to Vaishali – the city where
five years after the Enlightenment in Bodh Gaya, Lord Buddha
came to Vaishali, the capital of one the first republican
states in the Ganga, Vaishali is bound by the hills of Nepal
on the north and the river Gandak on the west.

Day 7 – Vaishali – Patna
After Breakfast drive to Patna – historically known
as Pataliputra – the ancient capital of Great region
of Magadha. The city is surrounded on three sides by three
great rivers – Ganga , Son and Punpun.

Day 8 – Patna – Nalanda
After breakfast drive to Nalanda - Important city famous
for the presence of the Buddha, and because of the famous
monastic university developed there. This university also
named Nalanda (meaning 'insatiable in giving') played a central
role in the development of Buddhism in India. Thousands of
students came from far off countries to learn different courses
in the City of Nalanda.

Day 9 – Nalanda – Rajgir
After Breakfast drive to Rajgir important place in the Ganges
Valley where the Buddha walked and preached.

Day 10 – Rajgir – Bodhgaya
After Breakfast drive to Bodhgaya the place where Buddha
attained enlightenment at the age of 29. After sitting under
a tree, the Buddha made the resolve not to move until he had
achieved enlightenment. After three days and nights of profound
meditation this goal was realised. The bodhi tree under which
the Buddha sat has been destroyed both intentionally and naturally
many times since this time of enlightenment.
Day 11 – Bodhgaya – Varanasi
The city is a Pilgrimage for the Hindu people and has numerous
ghats on the sides of the Ganges. There are numerous temples
on the ghats which show the sanctity of this place. The scene
of the evening prayer is the most memorable when thousands
of little lamps float on the river.

Day 12 – Varanasi – Lucknow
Day 13 – Lucknow – Sankasya
After Breakfast drive to Sankasya – the place is famous
where Buddha descended from the Tushita Heaven. It is said
that during forty – first year of the Buddha’s
life, he went to the Tushita Heaven to teach Dharma to his
mother. Emperor Ashoka built a temple on the site.

Day 14 – Sankasya – Agra
After Breakfast drive to Agra – world famous for Taj
Mahal – the dream in Marble. City offers several great
Monuments constructed during Mughal Period like huge Agra
fort, Ita-ma-Daula’s tomb and Royal Mughal Gardens at
Dayal bagh. It offers variety of things to the visitors from
old traditional things in the market to ultra modern shopping
complexes.
